Strong signal is important

I used Cloak a few times during the trial period.
With no access to Wi-Fi at home, for updating apps I need to use one of several slow public places in town. The one with >10 mps download wont let me access at all. 2 others with<3 mps download cant connect to any server. One other spot works with Cloak but since it too is not consistently connecting to a Cloak server, I dont know when I am protected and when not, because the app doesnt notify when it drops a connection.
So while the app may be ok if your public wi-fi has a strong signal, it didnt work reliably for me.
Back to using my expensive cellular data for updating apps
